Trademarks and Copyrights
You may use the “Omega Imprints” name and the names of Omega Imprints Products and Services solely for the purpose of accurately identifying the Omega Imprints Products and Services you market or sell under an Agreement (If applicable). You may not use the Names for any other purpose, and may not use any other Omega Imprints trademarks, or copyrighted works. You agree to change or correct, at your own expense, any materials or activity that Omega Imprints decides is inaccurate, objectionable or misleading, or a misuse of the Names, trademarks, logos, or copyrighted works. You are prohibited from using Omega Imprints logos, referring to yourself as an authorized reseller of Omega Imprints, or creating the impression that Omega Imprints is affiliated with you other than as permitted expressly by Omega Imprints. You may not claim or imply that you and Omega Imprints are legal partners or that Omega Imprints has sponsored, authorized, approved, or endorsed your business or any offer or marketing, advertising, or promotion thereof in any manner. You may not register or use any domain name or business name containing or confusingly similar to any name or mark of Omega Imprints. Services Offered
Omega Imprints provides a number of Internet-based services through the Web Site (all such services, collectively, the “Service”). One such service enables users to purchase original Omega Imprints products or merchandise such as clothing, designer skins, mugs and much more. (collectively, “Products”). Upon placing an order, Omega Imprints shall ship the product to you and you are entitled to its payment for the Services. You agree to pay the said price on the invoice.
Privacy Policy:
The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of Omega Imprints the Website. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to him.
Submissions
We welcome your comments regarding the Omega Imprints Web site. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively, “Comments”) sent to Omega Imprints shall be and remain the exclusive property of Omega Imprints. Omega Imprints.com will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. For this reason, we ask that you not send us any comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork.
Limited User:
The User agrees and undertakes not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software (wallpapers) obtained from the Website. Limited reproduction and copying of the content of the Website is permitted provided that Omega Imprints’s name is clearly stated as the source and prior written permission of Omega Imprints is sought. For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that unlimited or wholesale reproduction, copying of the content for commercial or non-commercial purposes and unwarranted modification of data and information within the content of the Website is not permitted.
User Conduct and Rules:
You agree and undertake to use the Website and the Service only to post and upload messages and material that are proper. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when using a Service, you will not:
defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information;

Rejection of Print and images on Custom Orders
Omega Imprints reserves the right to reject any order or image in a custom skin if it does not fits the terms and condition. Such image might include nude, PG 18+, Porn or un-ethical, hate speech, violence, or religious attack images.
Colors and Print
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Any color difference issue, unless agreed by Omega Imprints will not consider a return or replace case.
In cases where the dimensions of the source file is not given by the customer, the printing is done as per industry norms and standards. Like a 15″ Laptop skins will have a standard dimensions set. Or a shirt where you have placed a logo on the pocket will be as per norm which can be 2-3″. Our max printing range for cotton tees (Graphic tees) is 10″ of either side which ever reaches first.
Size of Print On cotton
The customizer we have given on the web site is just to depict what you want, yes we will follow the sizes you give to take judgement as to what you want. But in cotton max lenght or width will be 10″ whatever comes first.
Size, Placement and adjustment
The online designer is just there to give you an idea, do no expect everything to be perfect to every millimeter. Omega Imprints designer, printers and tailors will slightly adjust your work into the products canvas that you have ordered. So please expect some cropping, resizing, adjusting. If you want it pixel perfect then please mention it in the order so that if such changes are required, we hold the order.
Inaccuracy Disclaimer
From time to time there may be information on the Omega Imprints web site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your Omega Imprints purchase you may return it as per the Return Policy conditions.
Termination:
Omega Imprints may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached any of the Terms.
If you or Omega Imprints terminates your use of the Website or any Service, Omega Imprints may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service and Omega Imprints will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.
You shall be liable to pay for any Service or product that you have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever. Further, you shall be entitled to your royalty payments as per the User License Agreement that has or is legally deemed accrued to you.
Special Offers/ Contest Wins / Sale Promotions
Winners of specific contests can use their coupons in the sale. Multiple coupons may not be redeemed against a single order. Sale discounts apply to selected items only.
Promotional offers and discounts may be combined only at the discretion of Omega Imprints. All offers are non-transferable and have no cash value. Omega Imprints reserves the right to extend or terminate the offers/sale, without further information at any point of time.
General Terms for Offers and Promotions
Discounts will be applied to the total order value including applicable taxes.
Only one credit note/gift coupon/coupon can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Discount coupons – Discount coupons may from time to time be offered to account holders; such coupons may only be applied to purchases made through the account to which the discount coupon was offered and registered – such as Snap & Share.
There will be no redemption on the coupon value. You cannot ask cash in return of a coupon, you can only purchase item from Omega Imprints of that amount.
Promotional discount coupons – We may from time to time offer promotional discount coupons which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
Omega Imprints shall introduce various offers, schemes or contest at different times. The terms and conditions for such Contest shall be separately available on the Site, and may vary from competition to competition.
Omega Imprints reserves the right to change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions prevailing on the different promotional schemes it introduces in market from time to time. Omega Imprints, at its discretion, can withdraw a particular scheme from the website or market.
While participating in any Omega Imprints contest you hereby agree to release and hold Omega Imprints (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, or arising out of or related to your participation in the said Contest.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Omega Imprints harmless, its affiliates and subcontractors, and all their officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third parties providing information relating to the Products or Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to Your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by You or any other person purchasing Products or accessing the Service using Your account.
Materials provided to Omega Imprints or posted at any Omega Imprints platform
Omega Imprints does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Omega Imprints(including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Omega Imprints Website or its associated services (collectively “Submissions”). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting Omega Imprints, and its affiliated companies to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein.
Omega Imprints disclaims its rights in most of the art work material. In cases where the art work was paid and is in knowledge of the company, we are not liable to entertain any infringement calls. In cases where the calling party proves that it’s a copyrighted art work, Omega Imprints will immediately remove those images. Please be assured that it is the duty of the artist or the company to point out that its artwork didn’t allowed copy/reproduction etc.
